Private Lessons (1981)
Private Lessons is an American sex comedy film from 1981 directed by Alani Myerson. Starring Sylvia Kristel, Howard Hesseman, Eric Brown, and Ed Begley Jr.
Plot
Phillip Filmore is a naive, 15-year-old, preoccupied with sex, 
who develops a crush on Nicole Mallow, the new 30-something, French housekeeper and sitter to look after him when Phillip’s father is out of town for the summer on a “business” trip. 
But Mr. Filmore’s unscrupulous chauffeur, Lester Lewis, takes advantage of Phillip’s crush on Nicole to hire her to seduce the youth, then draws her into a plot to fake her own death in a blackmail scheme aimed to drain Phillip’s trust fund.

Eric Brown replaced another actor was originally cast as Phillip “Philly” Fillmore but was fired after eighteen days of shooting.
While most of the movie was filmed in the Phoenix, Arizona area the production had to go into New Mexico to film the love scenes as the age of consent in Arizona is 18 and in New Mexico it is 16.
First of two consecutive cinema movies where actor Eric Brown has intimate liaisons with an older woman. The second picture was They’re Playing with Fire (1984) around three years later in 1984. In both films Brown is teamed with a known older sex symbol, Sylvia Kristel in Private Lessons (1981), and Sybil Danning in They’re Playing with Fire (1984).
An X-rated version was made inspired by this movie called Private Teacher. For those who want it even hotter.
Our view on Private Lessons
Private Lessons is about every boy’s wet dream well that’s how the early 80’s sex teen comedy was written. With Dutch actress Silvia Kristel know for the original Emanuelle movie playing as a teacher a rich boy. 
It was a popular and influential movie. It would spawn knockoffs like “Homework”, “My Tutor” and to some extent “Class”. And even an X-rated porn named Private Teacher. Exploitflix must see!
